The Trouble at Trollhalsen -
a four game linked Shiver Horror RPG Epic

Dare to explore Trollhalsen, an oil rig in the North Sea hiding a terrifying secret beneath its waves. Join your team as you reactivate the drills, only to uncover the chilling truth of what lurks in the depths and the mind-bending force that threatens to consume everyone. Your survival depends on working with the other teams in tandem and confronting whatever is going on in the cold depths of the North Sea.

This multi-game immersive Shiver Epic over the course of a full day will be designed to test and thrill. Four separate games of Shiver will run during the day and you will be assigned to one of them playing through 5-6 hours of story. But the twist is...this is a Shiver EPIC! The actions in your game will have consequences for the other three, and their actions will affect your game.

You will be assigned to one of four teams on the Trollhalsen Oil Rig:

  • Drill Team - Your primary aim will be to get the drill moving and producing some of that sweet black pay dirt.
  • Support Team - You will be mostly focussing on keeping the rig itself running, power, water, heat, light, everything not to do with the drill.
  • Science Team - You'll be analysing samples, oil samples, biological samples... basically anything that's required and figuring out why this rig is special.
  • Security Team - While the other three teams are working, you'll be making sure they are doing it safely and according to Lancelot Industries standards.
